Magazine Promotion

With the massive percentage of our population having portable internet devices and access to the internet,
I think it would be most sensible to use this to my advantage to promote my magazine. I can use Web 2.0 and social networking sites to post adverts of my magazine and links to the magazine website like on Youtube and Spotify. On the website I could offer sections of the magazine to be read for free to draw in readers who may not have been as interested before. We could also offer a discount for subscribers who recommend my magazine to their friends. I believe these ways of advertising are better for this day and age.
